Returns

Each and every sculpture I offer for sale deserves a loving home. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund, minus actual shipping costs. Return shipping charges are the purchaser's responsibility, and the item must be received in the same condition as originally shipped.

Damage

I take the utmost care in packaging, but if an item ever arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so I can work with the carrier and get you a refund. All packaging material and damaged items must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged items should not be disposed of or released to the carrier before a claim is completed as photographs will be required for insurance purposes.

Loss

I will work with the carrier if the item is lost and a full refund will be issued if the item cannot be found. Once the item is confirmed delivered by the carrier, any loss is not my responsibility; please be sure your shipping address is a secure location.

International Sales (outside of United States)

International buyers are responsible for understanding the consequences of importing artwork from the United States. I am happy to comply with any reasonable and legal shipping requests, but it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay all import duties, taxes, and tariffs.

Currently I am only shipping internationally to Canada as it has become difficult to ensure that I am following all the rules for different countries. My sincere apologies. Thank you for your understanding. If you would like to make an international purchase, please contact me and I will look into adding your country.
